Ben Ashworth

Ben is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist who worked in premiership rugby with London Wasps before taking up a role at the Olympic Medical Institute for the British Olympic Association.

As Lead Physiotherapist for the English Institute of Sport in London, he’s worked with Britain’s Olympic rowers and judo players. He’s also been the British Judo Head Physiotherapist at World & European Championships in preparation for the Olympic Games in London.

Throughout his career, Ben’s constant exposure to elite level sport has fuelled his specific interest in shoulder rehabilitation and sports injury management.
